Danny is an accomplished senior engineering and product development leader. With a broad experience from core R&D to mass manufacturing, Danny has 18 years experience developing new technologies and bringing them to market successfully.

He holds a Master degree in Physics from the University of Bath and started his career developing novel organic semiconductor backplane designs with Plastic Logic (now FlexEnable); accelerating their journey from lab to fab as Reliability Engineering Group Lead where he helped build the worlds first organic electronics fab in Dresden, achieving a successful technology transfer and manufacturing ramp. While at Xaar, Danny was the Technical Architect for a number of novel inkjet printhead designs, notably the Xaar 001 and during his time as Reliability and Test Engineering Manager he also launched the highly successful Xaar 50x and Xaar 200x product lines into mass manufacturing. Danny helped launch >50 products during his time at Sepura running Validation Engineering, ranging from RF radio systems, audio products and HID accessories. Immediately prior to joining Nu Quantum as the Head of Engineering and Operations, Danny was the Director of Engineering at Cambridge Mechatronics, leading the delivery of its SMA based camera stabilisation technologies into 28, market released, mobile phones during his tenure; most notably the Huawei P60 Pro.

Danny brings with him experience growing, developing and managing large engineering teams to achieve engineering delivery success.
