Our Board meets 8 times per year. Management circulates a Board Pack a few days in advance of each meeting. The Board Pack includes:

• Formal Business
• Executive Summary
• Finance Report
• Progress Reports per Department, usually in a dashboard format
  • People, Operations, Technology, IP, Commercial, Product
• Any ad-hoc information e.g. competitors, big advancements in the market
• Discussion slides (different topics)

We usually spend 1 hour on progress and reporting, and 1 hour on the strategic discussion.

Minutes are taken and circulated usually within the week.
