The Extended Management Team of the company meets every Tuesday morning for 2 hours. During those meetings we do a 30-minute stand-up followed by going through an agenda.

• Agenda items are proposed by everyone in advance and are prioritised for discussion by Carmen.
• Every month, we present progress against our FY Company Objectives.
• Every week there is an additional 2 hours pencilled in the calendar at a West Coast-compatible time to allow holding the Management Meeting together when Carmen is in the US. We occasionally use these slots to discuss specific strategic topics (e.g. Company Objectives, FY Budget, Strategy and Financial Model)

We also hold 2-3 Strategy off-sites per year. We do occasional social dinners together.
