Our Company Values: The Foundation of Our Success
Our company values were shaped early in our journey, and derived from collaborative workshops with team members across the organisation. These sessions captured the essence of who we are and who we aspire to be, ensuring that our values reflect the collective voice of the entire team.
The result is a set of core principles that guide us: Authentic Communication, Creative Exploration, Dedication to Excellence, Healthy Humility, Purposeful Teamwork, and Warmth.
These values aren’t just words on paper— they are embedded in everything we do. From recruitment to performance reviews, they are a key lens through which we assess potential and recognise achievement.
Our commitment to these values also plays a vital role in maintaining high performance, collaboration, and innovation, fueling our growth as a company.
As we grow and evolve, so will our values. We believe in continually refining them, staying open to feedback, and adjusting as new challenges and opportunities arise.
Authentic Communication
We value data, information sharing, and careful, considerate listening. We like respectful debate, and debate is healthy. Disagreement is healthy. We are all different and should celebrate our different ideas. We can only do that if we debate together.
We care about understanding new things quickly. This means being present, real and authentic with the truth, often, and sharing feedback ‘in the moment’. Not dwelling on thoughts and coming back to them days or weeks later.
A good, active communicator listens well uses their listening skills to demonstrate their appropriate humility. This is key in particular for line managers who are expected to make sure employees get regular and timely feedback on performance.
Creative exploration
We are ingenious, engaged, curious and learn with passion, and help others around us learn. We are excited about exploring and appreciate the diversity of ideas that helps us explore with breadth and depth.
